Refund Policy

Quick Summary
We offer a full refund within 12 hours of payment if work has not yet begun. Once work has commenced, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We're committed to your satisfaction — if something isn't right, please reach out and we'll work to make it right.

General Refund Policy

At Wevyst, we take pride in the quality of our work and your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of custom creative and development services, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund — available within 12 hours of payment, provided work has not yet commenced.
  • Partial refund — if work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed at the time of the cancellation request.
  • No refund — once a project has been delivered or after final assets have been handed off, refunds are not available.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@wevyst.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout
  • Your order or project reference number
  • The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Work Commencement

Work is considered to have "commenced" once any of the following has occurred:

  • A progress update email has been sent
  • Design mockups, wireframes, or any creative work has been initiated
  • Any development or technical work has begun
  • Custom assets, research, or planning specific to your project have been produced

Once work has commenced, the refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, at our standard hourly rate for work performed.

Revision & Satisfaction Policy

We believe in getting it right. Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of the revision rounds included in your project agreement. We are committed to working with you to achieve a result you're proud of.

If at any point during the project you are unsatisfied with the direction, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns. Issues are far easier to resolve early in the process.

Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project mid-way through:

  • All work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at our standard rate
  • Any amount paid in excess of work completed will be refunded
  • Any work completed up to that point remains the property of Wevyst until the balance for completed work is settled

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The client has provided false or misleading information that affected the project
  • The client has been unresponsive for more than 30 days during an active project
  • The request is made after final project delivery and client acceptance
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, plugin licenses, etc.) already incurred on the client's behalf

Disputes

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss further. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

If you initiated a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to provide evidence of services rendered to the financial institution.
