Last updated: April 16, 2026 · Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using Wevyst's services, website, or any related offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Wevyst provides web design, development, and digital strategy services. The specific scope of work for each project is outlined in a separate project agreement or statement of work provided to the client prior to commencement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice or liability.
Payment is required as specified at the time of purchase or as outlined in your project agreement. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We use Stripe to process payments securely — your card details are never stored on our servers.
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified. Late payments may result in suspension of work until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Upon receipt of full payment, Wevyst transfers ownership of all custom-created deliverables to the client, including design files, code, and any other project-specific assets produced exclusively for the client's project.
Wevyst retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.
Any third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, frameworks) used in a project remain subject to their respective licenses. It is the client's responsibility to ensure appropriate licensing for continued use after handoff.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or assets required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines at Wevyst's discretion.
Clients must ensure that any content, images, or materials provided to Wevyst do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Wevyst is not liable for any claims arising from client-supplied content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wevyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Wevyst in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your State/Jurisdiction].
